Supply Chain Resources Group Mexico seeks a Global Supply Manager (Mechanicals) to advise clients on end-to-end commercial relationships with global mechanical suppliers. You will source, negotiate, and scale manufacturing parts such as CNC machined components, die castings, fasteners, and tooling, bridging hardware engineering and supplier bases to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Role requires 5+ years in global supply, deep knowledge of mechanical processes, and fluency in English

Qualificações

• 5+ years in global supply management or strategic sourcing for mechanical components.
• Deep knowledge of precision mechanical manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop commodity roadmaps and monitor supplier technology roadmaps.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers; manage RFx processes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and cost-reduction strategies across programs.
• Lead NPI/ESI activities aligning part design, materials, and cost targets.
• Manage tooling investments, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
• Define supplier performance metrics and run quarterly business reviews.
• Support finance with pricing, forecasts, and tooling investments.
• Coordinate between client OEMs and contract manufacturers to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to mass production.
