Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3–5 years PM/PP in automotive.
• Automotive systems experience; driveline components knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Toluca and/or CDMX.

Responsibilities

• Manage program activities from planning through launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timing targets.
• Monitor and report program KPIs, milestones, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables and customer commitments.
• Support product launch planning, cost optimization, and recovery actions as needed.
• Be the first contact for program-related decisions and align components with business objectives.
