Opus Connect is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fully remote, full-time role. You will live in the CEO's calendar, manage daily prioritization, and handle correspondence while also running AI workflows that power outbound outreach to private equity professionals.

You will check AI outputs, run mail-merge campaigns, and ensure follow-ups are completed. The role offers direct access to the CEO and real ownership of the AI side.

Formación

• Completed four-year degree and prior executive support experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on with AI tools; set up and kept running.
• Experience with mail-merge tools and a CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage CEO calendar and daily prioritization, handle correspondence.
• Run AI workflows for outbound outreach, monitor outputs.
• Execute mail-merge campaigns and follow-ups from the CEO's outreach account.
• Maintain HubSpot docs and provide admin-backup during leave.
