Schneider Electric in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an Executive Assistant II to provide administrative and operational support to multiple leaders, managing calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

The Executive Assistant II provides administrative and operational support to multiple leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping maximize leadership effectiveness. This role manages calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, meetings, and administrative processes while serving as a key point of coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and business partners.
