Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Industrialization Quality Engineer to drive quality fundamentals through the industrialization lifecycle. You will bridge Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure risk-managed, compliant launches with APQP alignment.
The role emphasizes robust risk management, process validation, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction across global programs.
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrialization Quality Engineer to ensure the successful deployment of Quality Fundamentals throughout the industrialization process, enabling flawless and on-time product launches. This role acts as a key facilitator between Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Offer Creation teams, and Quality organizations to drive robust industrialization processes, risk management, and compliance with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality methodologies, validating process robustness, managing quality risks, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
