Caylent is an AI-first cloud services company seeking an Agentic Architect to lead AI engagements end-to-end, shaping strategy and operating models across lines of business. Paired with an FDE for hands-on work, you will steer executive stakeholders toward measurable AI adoption outcomes.

You will engage across engineering, product, and business teams, aligning AI initiatives with business value and Anthropic’s platform. This is a global, remote role with client-facing responsibilities.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience across varied stacks
• 3+ years in engineering leadership, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a mix
• Proven ability to engage across lines of business with C-suite level discussions
• Experience designing or advising on AI operating models and adoption strategies
• Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools
• Experience running structured stakeholder interviews and facilitated workshops
• Strong executive communication: writing and presenting to CTOs, VP Eng, and business leaders
• Experience delivering professional services engagements with scope management and client advisory
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software workflows

Responsabilidades

• Own AI engagements end-to-end as the strategic lead, with an FDE handling implementation
• Run structured discovery across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Design AI operating models for organization-wide adoption and governance
• Define AI outcome maps tying initiatives to measurable business results
• Lead AI maturity assessments and adoption roadmaps aligned to Anthropic’s platform
• Facilitate executive workshops and enablement sessions for diverse audiences
• Deliver executive presentations on findings, ROI, and recommendations
• Direct FDE work on Claude Code tooling and prompt architecture
