AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and lead GenAI and agentic workflows that automate cloud security policies and remediation. You will guide AI architecture, strategy, and hands-on development across public cloud environments.

Lead and mentor engineers in a distributed team, delivering IaC-driven solutions with RAG, vector stores, Terraform, and LLM APIs. English proficiency is required with a leadership mindset and a passion for secure cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience on public cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud deployment pipelines and IaC.
• 2+ years of experience developing agentic models using RAG and vector databases.
• Proven technical leadership experience in a global organization.
• Ability to mentor engineers in a distributed, follow-the-sun environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect Generative AI workflows using RAG, vector stores, and LLM APIs for cloud services (e.g., AWS S3).
• Oversee AI-enabled drift detection and remediation acceleration.
• Generate and validate Terraform modules and Rego policies for CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the Cloud Security Tooling team's AI enablement and design extensible frameworks.
