Procter & Gamble in Mexico City seeks an Execution and Start-up Leader to drive site initiatives from start to finish, coordinating with TRL, IOL, plant teams and contract manufacturers.

You will ensure projects are delivered on quality, time, and cost through robust project management and risk management practices, with on-site work at the general offices and plant locations.

Formación

• Graduated engineer.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects.
• Strong project management and manufacturing start-up leadership.
• Knowledge of QA, safety and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure execution of site initiatives with zero safety incidents and QA compliance.
• Lead technical mastery including qualifications, health checks, risk assessments, and schedule integration.
• Drive loss elimination and continuous improvement PDCA cycles.
• Manage validation plans and site interventions to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Train start-up teams and transfer knowledge to operations.

• Position Type: Managerial

• Location: General Offices Mexico. Located in Toluca area; to work in Interlomas & Lerma

• Work Hours: On-site at home and at the plant, 2 or 3 visits to the plant/contractor plant

• Profile: Graduated engineer.

Job Overview:
As the Execution and Start-up Leader, you will lead the site’s initiative execution process end-to-end, acting as the single point of contact for various stakeholders including the Technical Readiness Leader (TRL), Initiatives Operations Leader (IOL), Plant Multi-functional Team, and Contract Manufacturers. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on quality, timeline, and fundamentals through the use of project management tools and risk management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution of processes following internal controls, safety, and QA standards with zero safety incidents and full compliance at contract manufacturers.

• Lead technical mastery efforts including qualifications, quarterly health checks, risk assessments, and integration of schedules to deliver site initiatives.

• Drive loss elimination initiatives and lead continuous improvement PDCA cycles.

• Manage operational mastery by mapping impacted parameters, ensuring validation plans, and leading site interventions.

• Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives right the first time and on schedule.

• Integrate costs into financial forecasts and seek efficiency opportunities within projects.

• Lead training and qualification of start-up teams and ensure smooth knowledge transition to operations.
