Procter & Gamble is seeking an E2E Supply Leader to drive operational excellence at the Tepeji, Hidalgo plant. The role combines engineering with digital analytics to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage the Daily Management System (DMS) for the line.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, strong leadership, and expertise in data visualization tools, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Operational Excellence by ensuring HS&E and Quality foundations, managing a DMS for the line, and coaching team members to enhance standards and IWS progress.
• Eliminate Losses through continuous improvement cycles, including RE analysis, touch mapping, weekly Hoshin, and implementing solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Manage data and visualization tools such as Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar.
• Support and lead the adoption of digital solutions by facilitating integration, training team members, and driving initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive Value Creation by participating in yearly loss analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to define impactful solutions, and engaging with cross-functional teams and site Pillar networks.

• Profile: Graduated in any Engineering field. Preferred background in process engineering with strong skills in digital analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Overview

The Process Engineer will acquire essential technical manufacturing skills, onboard to Integrated Work System (IWS), develop leadership capabilities, and utilize digital analytics to drive operational improvements. This role supports the line triad and continuous improvement cycles, including ownership of a RTT (run to taget) DMS ( Daily Management System ) and coaching colleagues for IWS progress. Reporting to the department ODM ( Operating Department Manager), the role requires strong collaboration and leadership to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence by ensuring proper execution of HS&E and Quality foundations, managing a DMS for the line, and coaching team members to enhance standards and IWS progress.
