Roles span multiple sites including Naucalpan, Alce Blanco, Vallejo, and Tepeji, focusing on process optimization, digital transformation, and operations leadership.

Applicants should hold an engineering degree, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Digital, Computer Systems, Biochemical, etc.).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, safety and quality standards (HS&E, GMPs, ISO).
• Experience or interest in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, IWS, RCA).
• Proficiency with digital data tools for analysis, visualization, or automation (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, PLC).

Key Responsibilities:

Your specific contributions and focus will be determined by your background and our current business priorities, aligning with one or more of these key areas:

Process & Project Engineering:

• Lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage technical projects from concept to commissioning, including new equipment startups and process modifications.

• Develop and implement engineering solutions to ensure production reliability and adherence to technical standards.

Operations & Line Leadership:

• Oversee daily operational performance, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Drive operational efficiency and problem-solving initiatives on the production lines through effective leadership and team development.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across production shifts.

Quality Assurance & Innovation:

• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, and reduce defects.

• Lead the implementation of innovative QA methodologies, digital tools, and data analytics to optimize quality control processes.

• Develop and monitor key quality metrics, conduct root cause analyses, and foster a culture of quality excellence across the plant.

Digital Transformation:

• Champion the strategic integration of digital technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data analytics) to redefine manufacturing processes and systems.

• Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational intelligence and supply chain efficiency through digital platforms.

• Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Facilities & Utilities Management:

• Manage the operational readiness and performance of critical plant facilities and utilities, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance.

• Lead startup and commissioning activities for new installations or upgrades of plant infrastructure and support systems.

• Implement maintenance strategies and optimize utility consumption to ensure efficient and sustainable plant operations.
