Procter & Gamble is offering a Digital Engineer Intern position at the Tepeji Plant in Tepeji del Río de Ocampo, Hidalgo, Mexico. The role is part-time and on-site, with responsibilities spanning digital infrastructure, project implementation, and incident resolution to support real-world operations while you complete your STEM studies.

The ideal candidate is a STEM student with advanced English, ready to start as soon as possible, and available for a 12–18 month internship with a salary range

Profile

Student of a career in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications

Graduation date must be between December 2027 and December 2028. English Advanced.

Salary

The gross salary for interns ranges from $15,500mxn to $19,500mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select

About the role

As an Digital Engineer Intern, you will support the Digital infrastructure and metrics compliance at the site, implement assigned IT and digital projects with excellence, and coordinate with various teams to resolve digital incidents efficiently. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your technical and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Maintain compliance with Digital metrics and infrastructure at the site.
• Implement assigned IT and digital projects with excellence.
• Coordinate with different people and support teams to resolve Digital incidents.
• Support ongoing Digital operations and initiatives.
• Assist in documentation and reporting related to Digital Engineer activities.
