Job summary

The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to orchestrate memorable events and coordinate group bookings from start to finish. You will be the bridge between clients and hotel teams, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales support, or similar client-facing role.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.
Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Coordinate group bookings and event details from confirmation through execution.
Serve as main contact between clients and hotel teams.
Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, and other sales docs.
Partner with Sales, Events, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Revenue to ensure smooth experiences.
Track timelines, rooming lists, event details, and client requests.
Support Sales & Events team with admin coordination, reporting, and follow up.
Help create an experience that feels organized and thoughtful.
