Protect Kyndryl customers’ computer systems and networks from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction.
Use tools and techniques to defend against cyber threats such as malware, ransomware, phishing attacks, and data breaches.
Implement new cybersecurity systems and policies to safeguard customer data and assets.
Monitor and review potential threats using various cybersecurity systems.
Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) with new cybersecurity software to evaluate effectiveness and integration potential.
Provide automation scripts for threat hunting based on lessons learned from cyber-attacks.
Conduct penetration testing and threat/vulnerability assessments of applications, operating systems, and networks.
Respond to cybersecurity breaches and identify intrusions.
Research and evaluate cybersecurity threats and perform root cause analysis.
Assist in the creation and implementation of security solutions.
Contribute to security innovation by developing and testing unconventional ideas.
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Systems Engineering, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital forensic analysis and incident response in corporate environments.
Proficiency with forensic tools (e.g., FTK, EnCase, Autopsy, X-Ways, Volatility) and incident response tools (e.g., Velociraptor, GRR, KAPE, Redline).
Experience with EDR, SIEM, and artifact collection in Windows/Linux environments.
Knowledge of malware, lateral movement, persistence, and evasion techniques.
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST 800-61, ISO 27035, and legal guidelines for evidence handling.
GCFA, GCIH, CHFI, CCFR, CISSP, C|IR, or others related to DFIR.
