United Parcel Service, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Collections Specialist responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing delinquencies, and improving cash flow. The role involves handling inquiries, applying payments, and supporting billing processes to keep accounts current.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience in collections, and strong organizational and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a permanent on-site position.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or international equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Prior Collections experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Basic negotiation skills.
• Experience handling objections and gaining commitment.

Mansioni

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries within required service level agreement.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves complex issues delaying payment.
• Develops, creates, and analyzes collection and accounts receivable reports.
• Updates customer and other stakeholder information using various software programs.
• Monitors and maintains assigned customer accounts.
• Submits recommendations to write-off account balances.
