Johnson Controls in San Pedro Garza Garcia/Nuevo Leon, Mexico, seeks an ERP Project Manager to lead full project lifecycles within the ERP Transformation Team. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise teams.

You will assist in technical reviews, drive continuous improvements, and help assemble schedules and resource plans to meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Competenze

• 3–5 years related Project Management experience in a large organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer and Information Science, or related field.
• Hands-on and results-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication, both oral and written.

Mansioni

• Assist ERP Project team on cross-functional project teams with employees at various reporting levels.
• Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plans, and manage cost and schedule.
• Support ERP Project Director on driving aspects of a large, complex program.
• Coordinate plans, SharePoint/MS Teams usage, and action items daily.
• Collaborate on status reporting and stability of project work efforts.
• Serve as liaison between team and sub-process owners; capture minutes and metrics.
• Work with distributed teams on project planning, cost estimation and scope control.
