Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an ERP Project Manager for a one-year fixed-term contract in Monterrey. You will manage end-to-end ERP initiatives with cross-functional teams, defining scope, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with the ERP Director and enterprise partners.

You will interact with global teams, require strong facilitation, communication in English and Spanish, and a results-driven, innovative mindset. This role supports a dynamic, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Computer & Information Science.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist ERP Project team on cross-functional project teams with employees at various levels.
• Define scope, develop project plan, and execute within cost and schedule.
• Support ERP Project Director on coordinating activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with Enterprise team to implement solutions and train users.
