You will assist in technical reviews, drive continuous improvements, and help assemble schedules and resource plans to meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related Project Management experience in a large organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer and Information Science, or related field.
• Hands-on and results-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist ERP Project team on cross-functional project teams with employees at various reporting levels.
• Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plans, and manage cost and schedule.
• Support ERP Project Director on driving aspects of a large, complex program.
• Coordinate plans, SharePoint/MS Teams usage, and action items daily.
• Collaborate on status reporting and stability of project work efforts.
• Serve as liaison between team and sub-process owners; capture minutes and metrics.
• Work with distributed teams on project planning, cost estimation and scope control.

Responsible for full life- cycle of projects from initiation to completion. Assists in the development of project/program plans across Enterprise. Apply Project/Program management methodology and appropriate project management framework for all projects activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, and opportunity and resource management activities).
