Job summary

The Big Job Site is seeking an ERP support specialist for the San Pedro Garza García area to test, implement, and support MRI Software modules across go-live cycles.

You will monitor integrations, ensure data integrity, and build reports using SQL and Advanced Excel. Strong English communication and thorough SOP documentation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on ERP support or implementation experience.
• MRI Software experience preferred; other ERP systems acceptable.
• Proficient SQL basics (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with data quality checks and data reconciliations.
• Clear SOP writing and documentation practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Support: Test, validate, and support new ERP modules (MRI Software) before and after go-live; resolve daily user issues.
• Integrations & Data Integrity: Monitor platform integrations, trace errors to the source, run data quality checks, and execute data cleanups/reconciliations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use basic SQL and Advanced Excel to extract data, build business reports, and answer operational questions.
• Documentation & Change Control: Log all system configuration changes, write clear SOPs, and maintain user training guides.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (MRI Software preferred; SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Epicor acceptable).
• Technical Skills: Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE), Advanced Excel, and familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for daily workflow optimization.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of accounting/finance, commercial real estate, or construction processes is a strong plus.
• Communication: Professional business English (written and spoken) with exceptional structured writing skills for SOPs.
• Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in documenting processes and validating data.
