Gulfstream Aerospace in Mexicali, BCN, seeks an ERP Solution Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize SAP-based ERP systems across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. The role requires translating business needs into system designs, performing tests, and coordinating deployments with stakeholders.

The candidate will train users, document processes, and ensure data integrity while driving continuous improvement in reporting and workflows within a manufacturing/aerospace environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP end-to-end materials and warehouse processes.
• Data management and reporting skills with BI tools familiarity.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexicali in a manufacturing/aerospace setting.

Role Description

The ERP Solution Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexicali, BCN. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP solutions to support business processes across functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, translating them into system designs, performing system testing, and coordinating deployments and enhancements. The ERP Solution Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to resolve system issues, provide user training and documentation, and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities within the ERP environment.

Qualifications

SAP

• systems analysis and configuration skills, including experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Business process knowledge in areas such as, end-to-end materials and warehouse management processes,
• with the ability to map processes to SAP functionality.
• Data management and reporting skills, including data validation, query development, and familiarity with analytics or BI tools.
• Testing and documentation skills, including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and creation of clear user guides or process documentation.
• Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and support end users.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, with a focus on root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Experience with ERP platform SAP, EWM, MM, PP, SCF, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mexicali, BCN, and support operational needs in a manufacturing and aerospace environment.
