Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico’s aerospace sector seeks a SAP/Logistics analyst with 3+ years in SAP (EWM/PR2) and strong Excel skills. You will support SAP implementations, data integrity, and process improvements, training users and developing procedures.

Advanced English is required; the role involves SAP system upgrades, migrations, and ensuring compliance with procedures. A valid US/Canada visa is noted, with regular on-site work at Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP, preferably within EWM and PR2 modules.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, system migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, warehouse operations, distribution, procurement, receiving, and shipping.
• Experience training end users, developing procedures and work instructions, and providing first-level functional support.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, KPI dashboards, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve operational inquiries, correct common errors, and escalate complex incidents to SAP or IT.
• Train new users, develop manuals, procedures, and work instructions, and communicate process changes and new system functionalities.
• Provide support for SAP implementations, system upgrades, and migration projects.
• Perform system testing and validation activities.
• Review master data quality and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify process deviations and propose optimization and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure transactions comply with procedures and company policies.

What are your contributions to the team?
