Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, MX is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead cross-functional, multinational teams in analyzing, designing, implementing and maintaining ERP systems to optimize business processes and operational efficiency.

The role requires deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. On-site work with global stakeholders is included.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience leading ERP projects.
• Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements.
• Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations.
• Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself.
• Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple ERP modules including logistics and manufacturing.
• Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical).

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team.
• Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project.
• Review business requirements together with Business Process Team.
• Provide solution to business requirements.
• Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes.
• Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate.

Job Description

• Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself.
