Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a procurement-focused professional to coordinate supplier performance, raw material flow, and forecasts to keep inventory at optimal levels and prevent manufacturing disruptions.
You will collaborate with Advanced Purchasing, oversee training and development of associates, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Fluency in English is required.

Coordinate supplier performance improvement plans, raw material flow, and forecasts to maintain inventory value at appropriate levels (without manufacturing disruptions or excess inventory becoming obsolete); coordinate with Advanced Purchasing to ensure proper handoff and clear definition of responsibilities; and coordinate associate evaluations, training, and development.
