Join The Gund Company in Veracruz, Laguna del Marquez, to manage the order fulfillment process and ensure customer requirements are fully met. This role handles quotes, orders, and production handoffs with limited supervision, focusing on accuracy and responsiveness to customers.

You will navigate ERP-CRM systems, enter quotes and orders, follow up on opportunities, and collaborate with production to align cost estimates with customer needs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and respond to their needs.
• Ability to improve company procedures for using our software system to manage order fulfillment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software including Microsoft Office.
• Basic to intermediate math abilities and detail oriented information processing.
• A college degree in business or equivalent experience with formal training, preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage the Order Fulfillment Process with precision and efficiency for the customer.
• Navigate ERP-CRM software and enter quotes and customer orders; update records with notes.
• Proactively follow up on quotes to earn customer business.
• Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests expeditiously and completely.
• Build relationships with customers; communicate requirements to production and pursue additional business.
• Coordinate with Production to obtain accurate job cost estimates and adjust quotes as needed.
• Manage customer inventory requirements through Purchase Requisition processes.
• Assist with RMA, NCM and DDB Red Cards regarding customer concerns.
