The Gund Company is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to manage purchasing activities with minimal supervision across U.S., Mexico, and Canada facilities. The role covers PO processing, supplier communications, and data management in VISUAL ERP, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Formación

• Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.
• Experience entering data into ERP systems; VISUAL ERP preferred.
• Ability to speak and write in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuity of raw material supply for U.S., Mexico, and Canada facilities.
• Execute the Purchase Order Process following established requirements.
• Execute the Vendor Acknowledgement Process for compliance and inform scheduling and customer service of deviations.
• Expedite supplier orders via the Vendor Order Expediting Process as needed.
• Interact with suppliers daily.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Track the status of orders.
• Follow corrective action for damaged goods from vendor or carrier.
