If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary**Summary:** The **Equipment Maintenance Engineer** will be based in **Flexh GDL South**, reporting to **Operations Engineering Manager** Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating manufacturing equipment and test systems to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.**What a typical day looks like:*** Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes of failures.* Perform corrective, preventive, and calibration maintenance activities.* Support installation, qualification, and removal of manufacturing equipment.* Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and performance reports.* Inspect, repair, replace, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.* Implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and performance.* Support engineers and technicians in equipment testing and validation activities.* Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.* Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate status to production teams.* Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and computerized systems.* May travel to Flex sites or equipment vendors as required.* Allocate and coordinate maintenance activities.* Perform equipment calibration and quality inspections.* Install replacement parts and repair faulty equipment.* Ensure timely response to equipment failures.* Support continuous equipment availability for production operations.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience in a related field.* 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.* Experience with Fuji (NXT & AIMEX) & ASM, pick & place platforms.* Intermediate English.* Experience as leader / supervisor.**What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:*** Competitive salary* Life and medical insurance* Christmas bonus* Food vouchers* Savings fundJM54
