Flex in Guadalajara North seeks an Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance activities, establish preventative maintenance schedules, and manage budgets to support production in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires Advanced English and a Bachelor’s degree, with responsibilities coordinating with engineering and operations and ensuring a safe, clean workplace while generating key maintenance metrics.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager , the Equipment Maintenance Manager’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.

• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.

• Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.

• Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements.

• Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English.

• Bachelor Degree.

• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.

• Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.

• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
