Flex seeks an Equipment Maintenance Manager for its Guadalajara, South Campus. You will guide daily maintenance activities, optimize SMT processes, and manage KPIs to ensure reliable equipment and budget adherence.

Strong leadership and English communication are required. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, proven maintenance management experience, and a track record in spare parts management within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar position.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong experience in SMT Process & Reflow Oven.
• Experience with KPIs and Yield metrics.
• Demonstrates performance management and mentoring skills.
• Spare Parts Management expertise.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
• Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
• Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.
• Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
• Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar position.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong experiences in SMT Process & Reflow Oven.
• Experience in Key Metrics (KPIs, Yield).
• Demonstrates skills in performance management, teaching/leading, counseling and/or mentoring.
• Spare Parts Management Expert.
