Flex is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer at our Aguascalientes site in Mexico. You will support teams that build great products and ensure equipment operates reliably, calibrates repeatably, and aligns with production plans.

The role requires a degree in Industrial/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, conversational English, and experience with Conformal and RTB processes. Flex offers a competitive salary and benefits package including life and medical insurance, a Christmas bonus,

• Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Conversational English.
• Experience with Conformal and RTB.

Responsabilidades

• Check and calibrate equipment and ensure repeatable and accurate results.
• Install new equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Keep informed of production plans and progress.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or computer systems.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and improve MTTR/MTBF.
• Perform preventive maintenance at scheduled intervals.
• Follow up on minutes and close out actions on equipment platforms.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Aguascalientes Site, Mexico.

What a typical day looks like:

• Check and calibrate equipment and ensure it is repeatable and accurate.
• Install new equipment.
• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns.
• Keep informed of production plans and progress of the plan.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or computer systems.
• By troubleshooting, identify machine faults and Work on MTTR and MTBF.
• Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
• Follow up on your Minutes and close out actions on the corresponding equipment engineering platforms

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s or Industrial / Mechanical , Electrical Engineering Degree
• English conversational
• Experiences in Conformal y RTB .
