Job summary

Siemens Energy in Guanajuato seeks an EQS Excellence Coordinator to drive governance, integration, and continuous improvement of the Environment, Quality, and Safety system across operations.

You will transform priorities into structured programs with measurable indicators, strengthening compliance and organizational capability while supporting Zero Harm and Zero Defects goals in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in EQS, EHS, quality systems, or integrated management systems in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; auditor qualifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Mexican environmental, occupational safety, and health regulations (STPS) and compliance evidence.
• Experience with structured problem solving (8D, A3, root-cause analysis) and risk management.
• Experience evaluating EQS and operational performance indicators and using digital tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and continual improvement of the integrated EQS management system (ISO standards, audits, management reviews).
• Coordinate EQS performance management, defining and tracking key indicators (NCC, Cost Overrun, QoS, environment, health and safety).
• Coordinate legal and regulatory compliance framework for environment, safety, health, permits, and gaps.
• Drive environmental sustainability and decarbonization initiatives with reliable data and timely reporting.
• Define and coordinate the EQS competence and training strategy, enabling Zero Harm and Zero Defects programs.
• Lead the EQS Excellence team and facilitate cross-functional problem solving using risk-based thinking and CAPA.
