NTT DATA Services is hiring for a Provider Clinical Service Desk agent to support healthcare clients with clinical applications in a 24/7 call center environment. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, with client-specific training during day hours.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, incident tracking, and timely resolution across Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech, with travel up to 10% and lifting up to 25 lbs if needed.

Formación

• 1 year Call Center-Customer Service-Application support experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech).
• Handle incidents including workflow issues, application errors, user access, and functionality.
• Document comments and close or escalate incident tickets in a timely manner.
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
• Maintain a quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet and be in queue for 8–10 hours per shift.
