Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Team Lead to guide a team delivering sales support within the Consumer Sales framework. You will lead performance reviews, recruit, and ensure seamless Citi client service while driving revenue growth.

You will coordinate with the Consumer Sales team, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members.
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank.
• Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products.
• Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products.
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
• Assess risk in business decisions with emphasis on compliance and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets.
