The Field Sales Team Lead role at Citi focuses on guiding a team to deliver comprehensive sales support in coordination with the Consumer Sales group. This entry-level leadership position aims to ensure seamless client service and help the team meet Citi's sales targets across the Veracruz region.

You will conduct performance evaluations, coach staff, and drive proactive client engagement to grow existing accounts and open new ones while upholding Citi's risk and compliance standards.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required
• Proficient computer skills
• Proactive leadership and motivational skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Conduct performance evaluations and manage hiring decisions for team members.
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts to increase revenue.
• Proactively approach Citi clients to identify needs and present Citi’s products.
• Provide product information and outline features and benefits to clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other Citi products.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
