Banamex is seeking a Field Sales Team Lead to provide leadership and direction to a sales support team serving Citi clients. Based across Toluca, Guadalajara, Cd Juarez and Monterrey with on-site duties, you will drive revenue and assist the Consumer Sales team to meet targets.

You will hire, coach and evaluate staff, proactively engage clients to identify needs and promote Citi products, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial sales, customer service and management is required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
• Creative problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
• Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
• Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
