Consolidé in CDMX is seeking a B2B Sales Executive for Enterprise IT solutions. You will develop and close new business opportunities around IT licensing and services, with a focus on BMC Control-M, ExaGrid, and Commvault, working with Presales Engineers through the consultative sales cycle.

The role offers base salary of 25,000–30,000 MXN gross per month, uncapped commission with accelerators and new-logo bonuses; OTE 55,000–90,000+ MXN per month.

Formación

• 2–4 years in B2B IT sales with a track record of new business.
• Understanding of enterprise software licensing and managed IT services.
• Ability to translate technical language to business value.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and pipeline development for enterprise IT opportunities.
• Consultative selling with value propositions for BMC/ExaGrid/Commvault.
• Manage proposals, negotiations, and closing with Presales support.
• Maintain CRM forecasts and account progress.
