Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in financial or accounting roles (4+ years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual closings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Consolidate financial information across units and prepare statutory statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements and support audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance practices.
• Implement financial KPIs and performance monitoring models.
• Analyze variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize accounting and administrative processes and manage CAPEX tracking.
• Coordinate Accounting, Fixed Assets, AP, Shared Costs, and Intercompany functions.
• Prepare executive and financial reports for senior management.
• Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
