Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Digital IT Site Manager to lead the technology function for the plant, ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations while advancing the site's digital transformation journey.
You will partner with plant leadership to align technology priorities with business goals, improve operational performance, and accelerate adoption of data, automation, and digital tools across the site.
Formación
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven IT leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading technical teams and supporting plant operations.
- Experience managing IT projects or a portfolio of technology initiatives.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the site IT organization and support plant operations and critical systems.
- Partner with plant leadership to define priorities and align technology with business needs.
- Manage the site IT and digital project portfolio including digitalization and automation.
- Develop and coach the local IT team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
