Growth Protocol is seeking a Growth Delivery Director based in Mexico City to lead the deployment of their neuro-symbolic reasoning platform. In this strategic role, you'll manage C-suite relationships and translate business challenges into actionable workflows while partnering with engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong consulting background and direct experience with AI/ML applications. The role offers competitive compensation and equity, with a pet-friendly office environment. A hybrid schedule will start upon opening the Mexico City office in fall 2026.

Formación

• 7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows.
