Job summary

Arkham Technologies Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect in Mexico City to own solutions from initial technical conversations to signed SOWs. You will work with CTOs/CIOs/CDOs and business leaders to understand data operations, design Arkham fits, and prove it with PoCs on real data.

You will operate between Growth, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product/Engineering to build trust and deliver architectures that scale beyond demos.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar with enterprise customers.
• Strong SQL and Python; ability to model real-world transactional data.
• Experience with modern data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark or dbt.
• Cloud infra experience, preferably AWS, with security/governance focus.
• Experience building with LLMs and AI tools daily.
• Forecasting, inventory or supply chain knowledge.
• Track record of demos or POCs that moved deals forward.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; based in Mexico City; travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer teams to map data sources and architecture.
• Design solution architectures for deployments: ingestion, data model, AI components, cloud fit.
• Build Proofs of Concept on real customer data end to end and present results to engineers and executives.
• Translate business problems into Data & AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Quantify business value: KPIs, ROI, operational improvements.
• Define scope, integration requirements, and hand off to FDE with clear architecture.
• Respond to technical RFPs and questions on security, governance, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with Growth Managers from opportunity to architecture reviews with IT teams.
• Feedback to Product/Engineering to shape platform roadmap.
