Job summary

Arkham Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Solutions Architect to own the solution from initial technical discussions to signed SOW. You will engage with CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders to map data, design Arkham integrations, and prove value with PoCs on their real data.

You will work across Growth, FDE, and Product/Engineering to build trusted technical solutions that scale beyond demos and align with security and cloud requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing technical role with enterprise customers.
• Strong SQL and Python, and ability to model real-world data.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and architectures (lakehouse, medallion patterns).
• Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS, with security/governance focus.
• Experience building with LLMs and AI tools for faster delivery.
• Understanding of forecasting, inventory planning, or supply chain operations.
• Proven demos/prototypes that moved deals forward.
• Ability to explain complex tech as business value to executives.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; based in Mexico City with travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer teams and map data sources and infrastructure.
• Design solution architectures for Arkham deployments: ingestion, ontology, forecasting, AI components, and cloud alignment.
• Build Proofs of Concept on real data and present results to engineers and executives.
• Translate business problems into measurable AI/Data solutions with KPIs and ROI.
• Define scope, integration requirements, and formal Statements of Work for handoff to FDE.
