Elevenlabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM professionals. You will deploy ElevenAgents to solve client problems, own deals end-to-end, and embed with strategic customers to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will map enterprise use cases to AI systems, guide best practices, and work with Research to inform the roadmap. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration to prototype and demo.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects.
• Adaptability across industries and use cases.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers as a trusted partner.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and workflows.
• Guide customers on deploying our products and best practices.
• Scope out applications in new industries and regions.
• Present results and future work to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams.
