Corning Incorporated in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Strategy Deployment Specialist to enable AI adoption by translating complex concepts into scalable training and enablement programs. You will design train-the-trainer initiatives, coach ambassadors, create business-friendly materials, and partner with AI Platform and Governance teams to keep content accurate and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in strategy initiatives, program management or business operations.
• Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, or train-the-trainer sessions for business audiences.
• Proven ability to create engaging training materials, communications, enablement resources, and business-facing documentation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical experts, cross-functional teams, trainers, and business partners.
• Experience coordinating training activities, content development, feedback cycles, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and office hours to enable ambassadors and business teams to adopt AI tools, governance requirements, and enablement resources.
• Partner with AI Platform, AI Governance, AI Architecture, and other technical teams to translate tools and standards into clear training materials, playbooks, communications, FAQs, and adoption resources.
• Develop and maintain structured learning paths, reusable training content, and AI enablement catalog materials.
• Coach trainers and ambassadors on presenting technical concepts and tailoring content for different audiences and functions.
• Ensure materials remain accurate and aligned with enterprise standards through SME collaboration.
• Manage program schedules, content updates, participant feedback, and continuous improvement activities.

What is your role?

As Strategy Deployment Speciliast you will enable enterprise adoption of AI by translating technical concepts into scalable training, communications, and enablement programs. The role develops train-the-trainer initiatives, coaches ambassadors, facilitates learning sessions, and creates practical resources that help business teams understand and apply AI tools, standards, and processes.

What will you do?

• Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and office hours that enable ambassadors, trainers, and business teams to effectively adopt and communicate AI tools, governance requirements, and enablement resources.
• Partner with AI Platform, AI Governance, AI Architecture, and other technical teams to understand tools, standards, processes, and updates, translating them into clear, business-friendly training materials, playbooks, communications, FAQs, and adoption resources.
• Develop and maintain structured learning paths, reusable training content, and AI enablement catalog materials that support enterprise adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Coach trainers and ambassadors on presenting technical concepts, addressing common questions, and tailoring content for different audiences and business functions.
• Ensure training and communication materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with enterprise standards through collaboration with technical subject matter experts.
• Manage program schedules, content updates, participant feedback, and continuous improvement activities to enhance training effectiveness and adoption outcomes.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelors degree.
• 5+ years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, program management, or business operations.
• Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, or train-the-trainer sessions, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proven ability to create engaging training materials, communications, enablement resources, and business-facing documentation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, cross-functional teams, trainers, and business partners.
• Experience coordinating training activities, content development, feedback cycles, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Fluent English.
