ZF Group is seeking an EQA Intern to support engineering process compliance and quality assurance on OEM projects within our global mobility technology framework. You will help review engineering work and ensure adherence to processes, while applying problem-solving methods such as 3x5 Why to drive improvement.

This hybrid internship requires pursuing an Engineering degree (6th semester or higher) with advanced English, and a plan to work 8 AM–2 PM at Parque Finsa in Guadalupe, México.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and enrolled in at least the 6th semester or above.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies including Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 3x5 Why.
• Interested in engineering development processes for electronics products.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering process compliance within OEM projects.
• Support assurance of engineering quality within assigned projects.
• Support review of engineering work product and releases as well as process adherence checks.
• Support problem solving methodologies including quality of problem resolution such as 3x5 Why.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering activities.
• Support the develop of an engineering quality mindset and culture across Division U organization.
• Support confirmation of work product quality maturity levels through metrics monitoring.
• Support escalation rights follow up.

• Support on confirmation of work product quality maturity levels through frequent metrics monitoring countermeasure / corrective action output.
• Support on escalation rights follow up.

Your Profile as EQA Intern:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and enrolled in at least the 6th semester or above (IE, IEA, IMA, IME, IMT, IMTC).
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies including lessons learned (i.e. Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 3x5 why).
• Interested on path for engineering development processes for electronics products.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid schedule from 8AM to 2PM at Parque Finsa in Guadalupe.
