ZF Group in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Commodity Buyer Intern to support data system maintenance, supplier interactions, and cost-saving initiatives within the Commodity Purchasing Team.

The role offers hybrid work (3 days at office, 2 at home) and requires current enrollment in engineering, business, or administrative degree with at least one year left; proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced English; and familiarity with Power BI and SAP is a plus.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, business or administrative degree with at least 1 year left before graduation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• English advanced in speaking and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office and 2 at home.
• Adaptable schedules depending on applicant flexibility.
• Possibility to spend minimum 1 year internship to develop career inside the company.
• Collaborate with global automotive teams on data systems and RFQ related tasks.
• Support launching new projects and follow up with supplier topics.

What you can look forward to as Commodity Buyer Intern:

• Data system maintenance in monthly and quarterly basis (prices, information, etc)
• Interact with global automotive companies
• Identify new local supplier base and cost savings opportunities
• Support New projects launch and daily follow up of supplier topics.
• Monitor and upload RFQ status and system data maintenance
• Benchmark and compare and analysis RFQ from supplier Base.

Your Profile as Commodity Buyer Intern:

• Hybrid work - 3 days at office and 2 at home.

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, business or administrative degree (minimum 1 year left before graduation).
• Microsoft Office apps knowledge.
• English advanced - oral and written
