IEE Sensing seeks a quality professional to join its team in Mexico. The role focuses on managing quality topics during development and serial production, handling complaints, and organizing audits with customers.

You will drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to customer quality requirements across electronics products. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of automotive quality experience, strong 8D problem solving skills, and excellent knowledge of ISO quality standards,

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality series activities (automotive environment).
• Experience with the product and/or process development of electronics systems as a development or quality engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of the 8D problem solving method and relevant tools (5-Why, Ishikawa diagram, Flowchart, Pareto, Histograms).
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO TS16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, FMEA, FTA, SPC and related quality tools.
• Good knowledge of statistics.
• Fluency in English required.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Acting as key contact and support for the customer (mainly in Mexico) for all quality-relevant topics during development and serial production
• Handling customer complaints and creating quality reports
• Organizing and following up of customer audits
• Minimizing quality risks
• Preventing 0-km and field claims
• Preventing field actions
• Minimizing warranty costs, scrap costs
• Performing quality statistics and reports
• Ensuring that customer quality requirements are known and fulfilled
• Organizing running changes to IEE products/processes with customers

You Would Need To Meet The Following Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality series activities (automotive environment)
• Experience with the product and/or process development of electronics systems as a development or quality engineer
• Excellent knowledge of 8D problem solving method inclusive relevant tools (5-Why, Ishikawa diagram, Flowchart diagram, Pareto diagrams, Histograms etc.)
• Good knowledge of current revisions of relevant quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO TS16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, FMEA, FTA, SPC, Risk assessment etc.
• Good knowledge of statistics
• Fluency in English required
