Bendix, part of the Knorr‑Bremse Group, seeks an experienced engineering leader to supervise staff, drive project performance, and improve engineering processes. You will mentor engineers, validate methods, and collaborate with corporate engineering managers to meet objectives across product life cycles.

You will oversee performance reviews, policy design, KPI monitoring, and personnel decisions while maintaining strong hands-on involvement with mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

Formación

• Proven experience supervising engineers in automotive control systems.
• Experience leading testing teams and defining DVP&R/Test Plans.
• Strong knowledge of CAN/J1939/J1587 networks and ISO standards.
• Familiar with vehicle simulation and hardware-in-the-loop setups.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Leads teams to achieve business unit goals and objectives.
• Assigns and prioritizes work with Corporate Engineering staff.
• Conducts performance reviews and hiring recommendations.
• Designs and implements engineering policies and procedures.
• Monitors KPIs and provides direction to staff.
