Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a senior engineering leader to supervise teams, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.

The role requires hands-on experience with automotive control systems, CAN networks, and vehicle dynamics, plus strong communication and project-tracking abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic engineering.
• Experience supervising engineers in automotive control systems.
• Experience leading testing teams and defining DVP&R/Test Plans.
• Knowledge of CAN/J1939/J1587/ISO 14229 and related networks.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
• Familiarity with vehicle dynamics and simulation tools (TruckSim/CarSim) is a plus.
• IATF norms knowledge; auditor certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise engineering staff to meet objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Assign and prioritize work with Corporate Engineering staff and Product Owners.
• Lead engineering projects and assist in problem solving; mentor staff.
• Validate engineering processes, procedures, methods, and standards with supervisors.
• Monitor KPIs and provide direction on performance and staffing decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering disciplines.
