Bendix, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, seeks a Product Engineer to own engineering product responsibility for a product family. You will manage validation, DFMEA updates, drawing approvals, and specification updates in response to customer requests and design optimizations.

The role requires collaboration with Test, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, leading validation plans, PPAPs, and cost-reduction efforts while ensuring compliance with product specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Engineering.
• 3+ years engineering experience in the automotive or similar industry.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP approvals.
• Technical support to customers and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Own engineering product responsibility for designated product family.
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing and Design teams on changes.
• Develop and validate product designs, drawings and documentation.
• Lead DFMEA/PFMEA updates and PPAP evaluations.
• Support cost-reduction projects and supplier interactions.
• Plan validation activities and ensure compliance with specifications.
