Descripción de la vacante

Jobtailor seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead complex programs in the powertrain domain. You will manage milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive schedule adherence to deliver on-time project outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication in English, with experience in BOM management and WERS knowledge. On-site position in Mexico with exposure to global programs.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Proven project management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters.
Lead milestone assessments and provide reports to director level.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Engage in new business proposals and business cases.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery progress.
Write DRPs and drive approvals.
Support BOM/FEDE-BOM management and WERS release.
Provide Finance team support as needed.

Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
Lead milestone assessments, report-outs to Director level, and papers to ensure on-time approvals
Engage in new business proposals and business cases
Develop and maintain project schedules
Lead or support TPMT for responsible commodities
Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Program PMT meetings
Collect and enter Integrator assessments
Provide Finance team support
Coordinate with Team of Four groups and Purchasing to ensure delivery progress
Drive the FMA process toward milestone delivery
Write DRPs and drive approvals
Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM
Support WERS release
Coordinate eDrive power unit builds for internal and vehicle-level testing
