Sensata Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Product Development Platforms for Aerospace Products. The role operates within the AS9100 Quality System, emphasizing electro-mechanical and electronics manufacturing environments.

You will set up, assemble, calibrate and test high-reliability transducers, analyze results, and report discrepancies while supporting engineering with reliability improvements.

Formación

• Experience in electro-mechanical or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Familiarity with testing, calibration and final acceptance of high-reliability devices.

Descripción del empleo

The qualified candidate will be required to work in a detail oriented environment in support of Product Development Platforms for Aerospace Products. This work is conducted within the AS9100 Quality System. Experience in an Electro-mechanical or Electronics Manufacturing setting a must. Daily responsibilities will include setting up test equipment following specific work instructions, using detailed Technical Drawings and Manufacturing Instructions to perform Assembly, Calibration and Final Test Acceptance for High Reliability Electro-Mechanical Devices. Perform product assembly from work instructions and Blueprints. Perform complex Electrical and Mechanical tests of Transducers in a product development environment, using automated and manual test stations to ensure units perform to required specifications. Analyze test results and coordinate appropriate adjustments. Review all related documents. Report all documentations discrepancy (Prints, Routers, Standard Time) to Project Engineer. Understand processes and do a complete visual analysis of finish product to meet specification. Troubleshoot rejected units to determine cause and corrective action, provide a written rejection report. May conduct complex environmental and mechanical test support to assist Engineering with new product development, reliability and performance improvements.
