Job summary

PHINIA Inc. in Juarez, Mexico seeks a Production Supervisor to start up the 3rd line and supervise three additional production staff. You will ensure production quality, assign personnel, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires knowledge of lean manufacturing, IATF requirements, and safety/environmental compliance. You will lead teams, train staff, and uphold standard works and TPM practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of IATF Requirements and LEAN manufacturing.
• Follow standard works and analyze results indicators to understand variation.
• Lead staff and ensure safety and environmental systems (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) compliance.
• Provide training and development for staff.

• Comply hour by hour with production and quality to meet the customer's requirements on time and at the assigned cost.
• Place the right employee in the right job, follow-up to the Training procedure.
• Provide a clear and definitive direction to your people and treat them with respect and dignity as people.
• Comply with production programs fully and established procedures.
• Support and participation in Lean Workshops and CHANGE REQUEST.
• Lead or be the leader for your employees and staff where you have influence, in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Safety and Environmental systems.
